Job summary

SIHAMCO in Dubai is seeking an exceptional Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in delivering a Turkish fine-dining concept that showcases authentic Turkish flavours, regional influences, and premium ingredients with contemporary presentation. You will lead kitchen operations, mentor staff, develop recipes and ensure strict food safety standards.

This role requires 5+ years of culinary experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory Sous Chef capacity within fine dining, luxury hotels or premium

Qualifications

• 5+ years professional culinary experience, with 2+ years in a Sous Chef role.
• Proven experience in Turkish fine dining or premium Mediterranean concepts.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen operations and supervise all sections during service.
• Ensure authenticity and consistency of Turkish flavours and standards.
• Assist with menu development, SOPs and pre-opening activities.
• Maintain HACCP, food safety and high-quality plating.
