Lead the kitchen, ensure authentic dishes and high-quality presentation, and train the team to deliver Mediterranean hospitality.

The role demands 10+ years in culinary roles, 4+ years in luxury hotels, strong English skills, and a hands-on leadership style to drive innovation while preserving tradition.

Qualificações

• Greek nationality is essential.
• Culinary degree or diploma required.
• Advanced food hygiene & HACCP certification required.
• Minimum 10 years of culinary experience.
• At least 4 years in a luxury 5-star hotel environment.
• Minimum 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Passion for authentic Greek cuisine and Mediterranean hospitality.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and inspire the kitchen team in delivering exceptional Greek cuisine.
• Ensure every dish is beautifully presented, full of flavour, and prepared to the highest quality standards.
• Take ownership of all Greek menu offerings, maintaining authenticity and consistency.
• Drive culinary innovation while preserving traditional Greek flavors.
• Train, mentor, and develop kitchen associates.
• Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
• Work closely with the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef to deliver memorable dining experiences.
