RIKAS Hospitality Group invites applications for a Head Chef to lead the kitchen of a new Greek dining concept in Dubai. You will shape menus, uphold quality, and drive outstanding service in a high-end standalone setting.

The ideal candidate has strong Greek/Mediterranean cuisine expertise, proven leadership, and pre-opening experience, with UAE/Middle East familiarity a plus. Fluency in Greek is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Greek and Mediterranean cuisine is essential.
• Previous Head Chef or senior culinary leadership experience required.
• Experience in high-end standalone restaurants is mandatory.
• Pre-opening experience is highly preferred.
• UAE or Middle East experience is an advantage.
• Proven leadership to build, develop and inspire a team.
• Creative and hands-on with focus on quality and kitchen operations.
• Passion for authentic Greek flavours with a contemporary approach.
• Fluency in Greek is an advantage.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead the kitchen of an exciting new Greek dining concept opening in Dubai, UAE.

The ideal candidate will be a strong culinary leader with a solid background in Greek and Mediterranean cuisine, combined with extensive experience in high-end standalone restaurants.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong background in Greek and Mediterranean cuisine – essential
• Previous experience as a Head Chef or in a senior culinary leadership role
• Experience within high-end standalone restaurants
• Pre-opening experience is highly preferred
• UAE or Middle East experience is an advantage
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, develop and inspire a team
• Creative and hands-on, with a strong understanding of quality, consistency and kitchen operations
• Passionate about authentic Greek flavours while bringing a fresh and contemporary approach to the cuisine
• Experience in standalone restaurants is essential.
• Fluency in Greek is an advantage
