What You ll Do

• Lead and inspire the kitchen team in delivering exceptional Greek cuisine
• Ensure every dish is beautifully presented full of flavour and prepared to the highest quality standards
• Take ownership of all Greek menu offerings maintaining authenticity and consistency
• Drive culinary innovation while preserving traditional Greek flavors
• Train mentor and develop kitchen associates
• Ensure full compliance with food safety hygiene and HACCP standards
• Work closely with the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef to deliver memorable dining experiences

What We’re Looking For

• Greek Nationality (Essential)
• Culinary Degree or Diploma
• Advanced Food Hygiene & HACCP Certification
• Minimum 10 years of culinary experience
• At least 4 years in a luxury 5-star hotel environment
• Minimum 2 years in a similar leadership role
