Job Title: HC Coordinator

Job Purpose
The role ensures effective execution of HR administrative tasks, including employee data management, attendance tracking, insurance processing, onboarding coordination, and gate pass administration, contributing to a streamlined and compliant HC function.
Experience
- 4 years of experience in HR operations or coordination roles.
- Experience working with outsourced manpower and vendors is an advantage.
Education and Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
Key Requirements
- Strong Excel skills, including advanced data management and reporting.
- Hands-on experience in payroll support activities.
- Proven experience in attendance management and timesheet validation.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage employee attendance, leave tracking, and timesheet validation to support accurate payroll processing.
- Handle overtime calculations and maintain proper documentation for approvals and audits.
- Coordinate with outsourced manpower companies for invoices, payments, and manpower tracking.
- Prepare and issue HR-related letters and certificates such as salary letters, experience letters, and NOCs.
- Administer medical and life insurance requests, including PRs, additions, deletions, and renewals.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accurate data entry in the HR system.
- Initiate and manage contingent worker profiles in the HR system to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Coordinate gate pass access and security clearances with the Security Office for all permanent and outsourced staff.
- Support onboarding activities and ensure proper arrangement of access cards, IDs, and system permissions.
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline HR operational processes.
- Support digitalization projects related to attendance, access, and HR automation.
