Job summary

Saal.ai is seeking an IT Support specialist to provide day-to-day end-user assistance across desktops, laptops, networks, and enterprise applications in Abu Dhabi. You will diagnose hardware and software issues across Windows, macOS, and Linux, resolve tickets within SLA, and maintain secure, reliable IT operations.

The role involves onboarding/offboarding, AD user management, VPN and firewall basics, and contributing to documentation and knowledge bases to improve IT service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of enterprise IT support experience.
• Experience with Windows, macOS, and Linux.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical IT support in person, by phone, email, and remote tools.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware & software issues across Windows, macOS, Linux.
• Manage tickets within SLA timelines and document steps.
