Job summary

Confidential Company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a technically oriented IT support specialist to diagnose and resolve user issues across software, hardware and networks. You will be the first point of contact, log requests, and guide users through effective troubleshooting.

The role requires Microsoft 365 migration experience, basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Linux.

Qualifications

• Microsoft 365 migration experience is mandatory.
• Familiarity with MFA SMS code troubleshooting and license types.
• Entry-level to 2 years of IT support or customer service experience.
• Foundational knowledge of operating systems and common software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for users experiencing technical difficulties
• Log and track all incoming support requests with detailed troubleshooting steps
• Provide clear guidance on software, hardware, and network functionalities
• Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 with comprehensive problem descriptions
