Job summary

Accor in Dubai is seeking a friendly Welcomer to be the first point of contact for guests, delivering a warm, personalized welcome in our vibrant, multicultural hotel.

You will greet guests, assist with check-in and check-out, and provide local information and recommendations while maintaining a polished appearance and strong brand standards.

This role requires excellent English, a customer‑oriented attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Front Office or guest-facing role in a 4- or 5-star hotel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English (verbal and written); additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all guests with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine smile.
• Provide personalized check-in and check-out experiences.
• Assist guests with inquiries, directions, and hotel information.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, and Guest Relations to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Promote hotel services, facilities, and ongoing promotions.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues or elevate them appropriately.
