Job summary

DEAL Holdings in Dubai is seeking a personable Host/Hostess to welcome guests, manage arrivals, and support the front-of-house flow in line with brand standards.

You will handle reservations and seating, communicate guest needs to the service team, and maintain a polished, guest-ready reception area. Fluency in English and a calm, professional manner are essential to deliver exceptional first impressions.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of host/hostess or front-of-house experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with reservation systems is a plus.
• Calm, organised and professional under busy service.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly on arrival and set a positive first impression.
• Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists across channels.
• Assist with seating flow and table allocation in line with capacity.
• Communicate guest requests and notes to the service team.
• Escalate issues to the manager when needed.
