Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Front Office or guest-facing role in a 4- or 5-star hotel.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English (verbal and written); additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Provide personalized check-in and check-out experiences.
• Assist guests with inquiries, directions, and hotel information.
• Promote hotel services, facilities and ongoing promotions.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge and Guest Relations for a seamless guest experience.
• Maintain a polished, professional appearance in line with brand standards.
