Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in hospitality required.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Knowledge of Opera hotel system is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, friendly guest service at all times.
• Check in guests following SOPs and warmly welcome them.
• Handle check-out in accordance with standards and procedures.
• Assist with room sales for walk-ins and address facilities issues.
