Job summary

Archive is seeking a proactive Front Office Guest Service Agent for Centro Al Manhal by Rotana and Al Rawda Arjaan by Rotana in Abu Dhabi. You will deliver professional, guest-centered service, welcome guests, assist with check-in/check-out, and address day-to-day facilities issues to ensure a memorable stay.

The role requires hospitality education, strong English communication, and teamwork in a multi-cultural setting. Opera knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in hospitality with Front Office experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Additional language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, customer-focused service to guests.
• Check in guests following SOPs.
• Check out departing guests per standards.
• Sell rooms to walk-in guests and handle day-to-day facilities issues.
• Handle cash inventory and currency exchange per policy.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Finance and Reservations.
• Ensure Guest Service Desk is staffed and prepared at all times.
• Maintain guest privacy and confidentiality of guest details.
• Demonstrate knowledge of hotel policies and facilities.
