Rotana in Abu Dhabi is seeking a dynamic Telephone Operator to professionally handle guest calls and ensure a memorable stay. You will greet guests by name, coordinate with departments, and relay messages accurately using the Opera system.

The role requires a diploma in hospitality, excellent English, a proactive, outgoing attitude, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Training and on-site collaboration with the Front Office team are provided.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or degree in hospitality is required.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication is essential.
• Experience with Opera PMS is an advantage.
• On-site role based in Abu Dhabi with Rotana Front Office.
