Job summary

Rotana Dubai is seeking a professional Telephone Operator for the Front Office to warmly handle guest calls, ensure accurate information, and contribute to memorable stays.

You will greet guests by name, coordinate with hotel departments, operate the switchboard, and maintain guest profiles, wake-up calls, and timely messages in line with Rotana standards. Diploma in hospitality and strong English are required; Opera experience is a plus; this is a full-time on-site role in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in hospitality field.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

• Maintain knowledge of hotel and local services.
• Maintain guest wake up and night call procedures.
• Operate the front desk switchboard efficiently.
• Take messages for guests and management.
