Hyatt Regency Dubai is seeking a Guest Services Officer - Reservation to deliver premier guest service and support the smooth operation of the Reception within the Rooms Division. The ideal candidate holds a hospitality or tourism diploma and has strong customer service and communication skills.

Minimum two years in hotel operations is preferred, with a professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal abilities to enhance guest experiences at our UAE property.

Job description

You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. Guest Services Officer - Reservation is responsible to contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Reception within the Rooms Division.

Qualifications:

Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations. Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
