Job summary

Hyatt Regency Dubai is seeking a Guest Services Officer - Apartment to deliver an excellent and consistent level of service to guests. You will contribute to the smooth, efficient running of the Reception within the Rooms Division, ensuring guest satisfaction and seamless operations across front desk activities.

The ideal candidate holds a hospitality-related degree or diploma and has around 2 years of hotel operations experience, with strong customer service, communications and interpersonal
