Job summary

Hyatt Regency Dubai is seeking a Guest Services Officer for the Front Office to deliver an excellent and consistent level of service to guests. The role supports the smooth operation of the Reception within the Rooms Division and requires a professional, guest-focused approach.

Ideally, candidates hold a degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism, with at least 2 years of hotel operations experience and strong communication and interpersonal skills to join our team in Dubai.
