Job summary

Grand Hyatt Dubai is seeking a Guest Services Officer - Back Office to support the Rooms Department and help ensure smooth Front Office operations and reservations. You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, and other Rooms teams to uphold Hyatt’s service standards and brand integrity.

The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, strong administrative skills, and teamwork in a dynamic luxury hotel environment in Dubai. Experience in a larger operation is preferred.

Qualifications

• University degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years' work experience as Front Office Assistant, or Guest Services Officer - Back Office in larger operation.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the efficient running of the Rooms department in line with Hyatt brand standards.
• Assist the Front Office Operations and Reservations Department.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales and other Rooms departments to deliver exceptional service.
