Job summary

Hyatt Regency Morristown at Headquarters Plaza is seeking a Guest Services Officer - Back Office to support the Rooms Division by assisting Front Office Operations and Reservations in line with Hyatt's Brand Standards.

Ideal candidates have a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management and at least 2 years of Front Office or Back Office experience, with strong problem solving and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Front Office/Guest Services Back Office experience in a larger operation.
• Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills are essential.
