Job summary

Hyatt is seeking a Team Leader - Reservations to support the Front Office Department within the Rooms Division. You will help ensure efficient daily operations and guest satisfaction while upholding Hyatt's service standards.

Ideal candidates have a Hospitality or Tourism management degree or diploma and at least 2 years of hotel operations experience, with strong problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management (ideally).
• Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills.
