Job summary

Grand Hyatt Dubai in Dubai is seeking a Guest Services Officer - Back Office to support the Rooms Division in delivering superior guest experiences. You will assist with the efficient running of the Rooms department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, while meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.

The role requires collaboration with Front Office, Reservations, Marketing and Sales to ensure seamless service and adherence to Hyatt's Brand Standards,

Qualifications

• Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years' work experience as Front Office Assistant, or Guest Services Officer - Back Office in larger operation.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the efficient running of the Rooms department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
• Assist the Rooms Division in managing the Front Office Operations and Reservations Department and work closely with Marketing and Sales and other relevant Rooms Departments to deliver exceptional customer service in line with Hyatt's Brand Standards.
