Andaz Dubai The Palm is seeking a Guest Service Officer to be the first point of contact for guests, delivering warm, personalized service and ensuring a seamless arrival, stay, and departure experience. You will contribute to memorable experiences in the Andaz hospitality culture.

Based at the prestigious Dubai property, you will support the Reception within the Rooms Division, provide excellent English communication, and work with Opera PMS to assist guests efficiently and with a smile.

Qualifications

• Diploma/qualification in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
• Excellent English communications on both verbal and writing skills.
• Well versed with Opera system are beneficial.
