Job summary

Andaz by Hyatt is seeking a Guest Service Officer in Dubai to warmly welcome guests and ensure a seamless arrival, stay, and departure experience. You will support Reception within Rooms Division, upholding the brand's exceptional service standards and building meaningful guest connections.

Requirements include a Hospitality or Tourism Diploma, fluent English communication, and familiarity with Opera PMS is advantageous.

Qualifications
