Job summary

Andaz Dubai The Palm is seeking a Guest Service Officer to welcome guests and deliver warm, personalized service throughout arrival, stay, and departure.

As the first point of contact, you will uphold Andaz standards, ensure seamless experiences, and contribute to the smooth running of the Reception within the Rooms Division.

This role requires excellent English communication and a professional presentation in a luxury hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma/qualification in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
• Excellent English communications on both verbal and writing skills.
• Well versed with Opera system are beneficial.
