Job summary

Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights is seeking a Guest Service Officer responsible for delivering a consistently high standard of service at the reception desk within the Rooms Division. You will welcome guests, handle check-in/out, and assist with inquiries to ensure a memorable stay.

The ideal candidate has a hospitality background, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and at least 1–2 years of hotel operations experience.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of work experience in hotel operations.
• Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• The Guest Service Officer is responsible to contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Reception within the Rooms Division
• Provide friendly and efficient guest service at the front desk; assist guests with inquiries, check-in/out, and concierge tasks
