Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management (preferred).
• 1 year min. experience in hotel operations.
• Strong customer service, communications and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent and consistent service to guests.
• Assist with concierge services: restaurant reservations, city tours, recommendations of tourist spots.
• Support the smooth operation of the Concierge department within the Rooms Division.
