Job summary

Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort invites applications for a Guest Relations Officer to join our Front Office team in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering personalized guest service, handling inquiries, and ensuring a seamless stay for every guest.

Ideal candidates will have hospitality experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for exceptional guest experiences in a luxury resort setting. The position is based on-site at our Dubai property.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or guest services preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, personalized guest service with a warm welcome and efficient check-in/check-out.
• Respond to guest enquiries, requests, feedback and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Provide accurate information on resort facilities, services, activities, promotions, and local attractions.
• Coordinate with Concierge, Bell Team, Housekeeping, Guest Services Centre and other departments for seamless experiences.
• Prepare and maintain guest records, billing, cashiering transactions, and Front Office documentation per policies.
• Ensure Front Office operations comply with hotel standards, safety, and security requirements.
• Monitor guest arrivals, departures, VIPs, and special requests to ensure personalized service.
• Participate in training to develop product knowledge and service excellence.
• Represent the resort professionally and maintain a neat appearance.
