SO/ Uptown Dubai Residences seeks a Guest Relations Agent to deliver personalized service to residents, homeowners, and their guests, ensuring a seamless luxury living experience with high hospitality standards.

You will warmly welcome guests, anticipate needs, maintain the luxury lobby ambiance, handle inquiries, and coordinate with Concierge, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Security to ensure seamless service delivery. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Guest Relations, Concierge, or luxury hospitality preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for personalized service.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and flexibility to work shifts.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

• Assist with resident move-ins, move-outs, transportation, and lifestyle arrangements.
• Conduct courtesy calls, collect resident feedback, and support resident engagement activities.
• Maintain accurate records of resident preferences, requests, and follow-ups.
• Uphold SO/ brand standards, professional grooming, confidentiality, and service excellence.

**Preferred Qualifications**

• Familiarity with VIP guest management protocols and personalized luxury service standards.
• Certification in hospitality or customer service excellence is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
