Job summary

Rotana Hotels is seeking dynamic Front Office professionals to advance their careers as Front Desk Agents in Dubai. You will provide professional, guest-focused service from arrival to departure, greet guests by name, assist with activity inquiries, and maintain knowledge of hotel and local services to respond to guest needs.

You will also handle cashiering, ensure accurate postings, protect guest privacy, and uphold hotel policies and service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in front desk hospitality or guest services.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to greet guests by name and escort to their room.
• Strong knowledge of hotel services, hours, promotions and local attractions.
• Attention to detail in handling guest accounts and privacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous and efficient service to all guests to achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Ensure guests are greeted by name and escorted to their room.
• Assist guests with hotel information and activity inquiries.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel facilities, services and local attractions to respond to queries.
• Manage front desk cashiering, ensure accurate postings of incidental charges.
• Process check-in/check-out and maintain guest account privacy.
