Responsibilities include handling calls, maintaining privacy, resolving inquiries, and upholding Hilton safety standards while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel, customer service, call center, or front office.
• Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel PMS or telephone systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming and outgoing calls accurately, courteously, and efficiently.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, maintain privacy, resolve complaints professionally, and promote hotel services and facilities.
• Provide accurate information on hotel facilities and assist with meeting room reservations and business center services.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure hotel information and directories remain current.
• Comply with Hilton policies, health and safety standards, fire and emergency procedures, and report hazards promptly.
