Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous and efficient service to all guests from arrival till departure.
• Ensure guests are greeted by name and escorted to their rooms when possible.
• Conduct in-room and hotel familiarization and assist guests with activity inquiries.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel information, hours, events and local services.
• Process accounts from check-in to check-out with accurate postings using Front Office systems.
