Job summary

Towers Rotana is seeking a dynamic Front Desk Agent to deliver professional, guest-focused service from arrival to departure in a fast-paced hotel environment.

The ideal candidate will have a hospitality degree, strong English communication skills, and the ability to work well in a multicultural team. Opera knowledge is an advantage, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous and efficient service to all guests to achieve high customer satisfaction through personalized service from arrival till departure
• Ensure guests are greeted by name and escorted to their room to make them feel expected and welcomed
• Conduct in-room and hotel familiarization and assist guests with hotel activity inquiries/requests
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel information and local services, including hours, promotions, events and attractions
• Maintain awareness of rate levels and occupancy to sell on a daily basis
• Accurately administer Front Desk cashiering standards and comply with policies and procedures
• Process accounts from check-in to check-out, ensuring accurate postings of all incidental charges using computerized Front Office systems
• Maintain guest privacy and ensure no details are disclosed
• Demonstrate understanding of hotel policies and service standards and knowledge of facilities and happenings
