Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent or conversational English is required.
• Fluent or conversational Russian is required.
• Experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.

• Assist visitors with bookings, registrations, and general inquiries.
• Present services, racing experiences, memberships, and special offers.
• Coordinate daily reservations and front desk operations.

• Conduct pre-race safety briefings and explain track procedures.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, organization, and hospitality.
