Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or hospitality.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and scheduling software.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, handle inquiries, and provide information about facilities, programs, and services.
• Process registrations, bookings, and payments for recreational activities while maintaining accurate records.
