Qualifications

• Upsell services and promote brand image to guests.
• Process Marriott Rewards points and reservation changes by phone, fax, or mail.
• Assist management in training and motivating employees.
• Welcome guests and maintain a clean, professional appearance.
• Handle general office duties to support Sales & Marketing.
• Protect company assets and maintain confidentiality of information.
