Job summary

Responsibilities

• Resolve guest calls, requests, or problems; use up-selling to maximize revenue.
• Process reservations received by phone, fax, or mail and update systems.
• Enter Marriott Rewards information into reservation software.
• Answer guest questions and ensure accurate written communications.
• Support Sales & Marketing with general office duties and coordination.
