Job summary

A leading global hospitality company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Guest Relations Executive to enhance guest experiences with warm welcomes and efficient service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and experience in the Food and Beverage department. Responsibilities include managing guest queries, ensuring knowledge of menu offerings, and upholding grooming standards. This role is crucial for maintaining high levels of customer service and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Food and Beverage department and/or industry.
• Previous experience of cash handling.
• Knowledge of Food Hygiene Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage guest queries in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner.
• Ensure knowledge of menu and all products.
• Practice Hilton Grooming standards including uniform dress code cleanliness and personal hygiene.
