Job summary

Swissotel Al Murooj in Dubai is seeking a guest services professional to uphold an extremely high standard of hospitality and service excellence. The role emphasizes guest relations, a welcoming attitude, and proactive engagement with guests to ensure satisfaction.

You will promote good inter-departmental relations, be available for guests at all times, and maintain a polished appearance while representing the hotel with pride and commitment to service excellence.

Qualifications

• Atleast one year experience in the same position
• 4 or 5 stars hotel experience is preferred
• Good communication skills
• Gradudate of hospitality management

Responsibilities

• To promote efficiency confidence courtesy and an extremely high standard of social skills
• To generally promote and ensure good inter-departmental relations
• Establish promote and maintain good public relations and enhances sales for the hotel at every opportunity
• To display a pleasant manner and positive attitude at all times and to promote a good company image to guests and colleagues
• Be available for guests at all times
• To demonstrate pride in the workplace and personal appearance at all times when representing the hotel thus identifying a high level of commitment
• To take time and get to know the guests and to be committed to service excellence.
• To provide service that is sincere warm and enthusiastic ensuring the guests satisfaction.
