Job summary

Toyota Retail Aftersales is hiring a Customer Reception Host in Dubai to welcome visitors, capture appointment details, and connect customers with the right department, ensuring a smooth start to every service experience.

As the first point of contact, you will handle phone inquiries, direct guests to Service Advisors, and maintain a courteous, safe, and efficient reception environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of customer service experience.
• Strong planning and organizing skills to manage the reception efficiently.
• Proficiency in managing customer interactions and providing high-level customer service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm and friendly demeanor to ensure a positive first impression.
• Establish the reason for the visit and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Direct customers with appointments to the correct Service Advisor for a seamless transition.
• Provide a courteous send-off to departing customers, recognizing their visit.
• Report and escalate customer complaints to the Reception Manager for resolution.
• Answer incoming calls and coordinate appointment scheduling with the Engagement Centre.
• Assist with reception duties when Service Advisors are unavailable to support the customer journey.
• Report health and safety issues impacting customers or associates.
