Job summary

Al Futtaim Motors in Dubai seeks a Customer Reception Host to be the first point of contact for customers visiting the branch. You will ensure a seamless arrival and guide customers to the appropriate service areas, addressing needs promptly.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. You will coordinate with Service Advisors and departments, handle complaints, schedule appointments, and support the reception team to uphold

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage and escalate customer complaints effectively.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and guide them to the correct department or Service Advisor.
• Ensure customers are greeted warmly and receive the World's Warmest Welcome.
• Coordinate with the Customer Engagement Centre to schedule or reschedule appointments.
• Escalate complaints promptly to the Reception Manager and ensure full resolution.
• Assist with reception when Service Advisors are unavailable.
• Report health and safety issues affecting customers or staff.
• Manage the customer complaint cycle, including follow-up on No Shows.
