Saadiyat Rotana Resort & Villas in Abu Dhabi seeks a dynamic Host/Hostess to deliver warm, professional service and act as the first point of contact for guests in our Food & Beverage outlets.

You will welcome guests, manage reservations, coordinate with the service team, and maintain outlet cleanliness while promoting menus and promotions. A guest-focused attitude and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Guest-facing role with friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to manage reservations and telephone inquiries.
• Awareness of menus and promotions to upsell.
• Maintain cleanliness and neat appearance of the outlet.

Responsibilities

• Offer consistently professional, friendly, warm and engaging service.
• Welcome guests to the assigned outlet, guide to tables, be a point of contact.
• Take outlet reservations, manage reservation book and answer calls impeccably.
• Set up the outlet prior to business hours with the service team.
• Coordinate with service team for reservations or blocking off tables.
• Observe cleanliness and maintenance of the outlet and entrance area.
• Ensure guests' well-being with a close, discreet contact.
• Know menus and promotions to recommend when requested.
• Assist in setting up the outlet's database.
• Ensure guest satisfaction upon departure.
