Job summary

Khalidiya Palace Rayhaan is seeking a dynamic Host/Hostess in Abu Dhabi to warmly welcome guests and provide professional service in a hotel outlet. You will manage reservations, guide guests to tables, and maintain a polished, guest-centered approach throughout service hours.

The ideal candidate holds a hospitality diploma/degree, speaks excellent English, and may benefit from knowing additional languages. A courteous appearance and strong interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in hospitality is preferred.
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
• Multiple language ability is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Offer consistently professional, friendly, warm and engaging service.
• Welcome guests to the outlet and guide them to tables, serving as main contact.
• Take reservations, manage the book, and answer calls impeccably.
• Set up the outlet before business hours with the service team.
• Coordinate with service team for reservations or blocking tables.
• Monitor cleanliness and maintenance of the outlet and entrance area.
• Ensure guest well-being with discreet yet attentive contact.
• Know menus and promotions to recommend upon guest request.
• Assist in setting up the outlet's database.
• Ensure guest satisfaction upon departure.
