Aldhafra Resort is seeking a Hostess to greet guests, manage reservations and seating plans, and ensure a smooth, courteous guest experience. You will be the first point of contact, reflecting the resort’s welcoming, family-friendly environment.

Ideal candidates have hospitality or customer service experience, excellent English communication, a professional appearance, and strong organizational skills for a fast-paced setting in Abu Dhabi’s desert retreat.

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and courteous in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with reservation software, POS systems & MS Office is an advantage.
• Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
• Multiple language ability is considered an additional advantage.
