Ideally, candidates hold a hospitality degree and have experience in Front Office. Excellent English communication is essential, with knowledge of Opera considered an advantage in a fast-paced, multicultural hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous service to guests, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Greet guests by name and escort to their room when possible.
• Assist with hotel activities and guest inquiries.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, hours, promotions, local events.
• Process check-in/check-out and post incidental charges accurately in the system.
• Respect guest privacy and follow hotel policies.
