Job summary

Farah Experiences LLC is seeking a customer-centric Concierge team member to manage guest inquiries across Yas Island brands. You will handle inquiries and complaints, update CRM records, process payments, and promote additional services while maintaining high service standards.

The role involves onsite engagement, surveys, and collaboration to exceed guest satisfaction KPIs. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound inquiries from guests across brands represented by Concierge teams, addressing needs and concerns.
• Comprehend and address guest inquiries and complaints with accurate, prompt responses and high service quality.
• Resolve guest queries by troubleshooting and facilitating prompt payments.
• Promote self-service options to reduce repeat contacts and improve efficiency.
• Use tools to provide comprehensive responses to guest queries.
• Enter and update client information in the system with accuracy.
• Document call outcomes and payments agreements for thorough records.
• Process tickets and payments in the CRM and suggest additional services to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain product and procedural knowledge to address guest needs effectively.
• Identify opportunities for new business practices to improve guest satisfaction.
• Contribute to achieving and exceeding performance targets and KPIs (Guest Satisfaction, Quality Scores).
• Support onsite guest engagement across Yas Island parks and attractions, including during peak periods and events, by conducting surveys and collecting feedback.
• Conduct onsite surveys following approved scripts and guidelines, ensuring privacy requirements are met.
• Represent the brand professionally with proper uniform standards, grooming, and presentation.
• Undertake general duties or additional tasks as required by the Team Leader to support the team.
