Confidential in Dubai is hiring a Hotel Concierge to join our guest services team. The role centers on creating a welcoming experience, providing information, assisting with requests, coordinating services, and helping guests make the most of their stay.

Freshers may apply, and candidates with hospitality or customer-service experience are welcome. You will welcome guests, handle inquiries, arrange bookings, coordinate with hotel departments, and maintain a professional concierge desk.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and guest-service orientation.
• Ability to coordinate with hotel departments and arrange bookings.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide courteous, professional assistance.
• Provide information about facilities, services, local attractions, restaurants, shopping areas, and transportation.
• Assist guests with taxi bookings, transportation, reservations, and other service requests.
• Respond to guest inquiries in person, by phone, or through other communication channels.
• Coordinate with front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and other hotel departments.
• Assist guests with luggage, directions, deliveries, and other routine requests when required.
• Handle special guest requests and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely assistance.
• Maintain updated information about hotel services, operating hours, events, and local facilities.
• Record guest requests and follow up to ensure they are completed properly.
• Receive and communicate guest feedback to the appropriate supervisor.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming appearance at the concierge desk and guest areas.
