Job summary

Yas Plaza Hotels by Aldar Hospitality is seeking a proactive Guest Relations Agent to ensure exceptional guest experiences at Yas Island, Abu Dhabi. You will greet guests, anticipate needs, and coordinate arrangements such as dining, transport, and celebrations while maintaining confidentiality of guest records.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and the flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous guest relations, concierge, or hospitality experience is preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with professionalism and empathy.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Fluency or proficiency in Chinese, Russian, Arabic, Spanish, or French is an advantage depending on requirements.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests and provide personalized assistance throughout their stay.
• Anticipate guests' needs to enhance their experience and exceed expectations.
• Coordinate restaurant reservations, transportation, and special occasions.
• Handle inquiries, comments, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate guest records with confidentiality.
• Assist VIP arrivals and departures with personalized amenities.
• Collaborate with Front Office to ensure smooth check-in/out and high guest satisfaction.
