Job summary

Atlantis Resorts in Dubai seeks a personable Receptionist to join the Imperial Services team at Atlantis, The Palm. You will deliver a first‑class guest experience, handle check‑ins/outs, and respond to guest requests with a courteous, attentive approach.

With strong communication and multitasking skills, you will work closely with F&B colleagues to ensure sanitation and service standards are met across the resort. A1 year of relevant hotel experience is preferred for a successful application.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a similar role, international hotel experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a polished, professional appearance.
• Able to handle multiple guest requests with discretion and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient reception service and guest information.
• Ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs for Imperial Club members.
• Process cashiering transactions promptly and accurately.
• Collaborate with F&B teams to maintain sanitation and service standards.
• Assist guests throughout their stay and uphold luxury service levels.
