As an Imperial Club Agent, you will help shape the guest experience from the moment of arrival through departure. The position requires a balance of warm, personalized hospitality and careful attention to operational procedures. Working closely with colleagues across the resort, you will anticipate requirements, respond promptly to requests and ensure each interaction reflects the service standards expected within a five-star luxury environment.

About You

Previous experience in a similar position is required, ideally within a five-star luxury environment. You should be confident, energetic and adaptable, with a positive approach to teamwork and guest service. Strong communication skills are important, together with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities without compromising service quality or attention to detail. You should also be comfortable interacting professionally with a diverse range of guests and colleagues at different levels. Experience using Opera Cloud is preferred. Proficiency in Arabic and/or Russian would be an advantage.
