Qualifications

• Approximately 2 years of experience in a guest-service role.
• Experience in luxury hotel or high-end restaurant is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests promptly and courteously upon arrival.
• Inform guests about expected waiting times and manage expectations.
• Coordinate table availability with service and restaurant teams.
• Escort guests to assigned tables and explain seating areas as needed.
• Maintain entrance, reception desk and waiting area in order.
• Contribute to smooth seating flow during busy periods.
